We offer telemedicine that can easily be accessed from your smartphone or computer. If you are interested in learning more about what appointments can be seen via telemedicine, please call the clinic at 208-286-9471.

We ask that if you need to cancel your appointment you give the clinic a call with 24 hours notice. If you fail to give proper notice for cancelling your appointment, we will access you a $25 late cancellation fee.

We will assess you a $25 no-show fee if you no-show an appointment more than once.

You can create a portal account yourself by going to our Patient Portal. You will then click the “sign up” button to create an account.

Once your account is created you can request an appointment and a member of our staff will give you a call to schedule.

The patient portal allows us to maintain a close relationship with our patients. Medical records are securely uploaded to the cloud and made accessible to you at any time.

Not only can you access records, but you are also able to reach a provider directly through secure messaging, keep track of appointments, and pay your statement balance.

This means you can ask non-urgent questions and get answers without waiting on a call back!
